The Tarté Lab actively engages in short-, mid-, and long-term research and testing activities with internal and external collaborators, partners and customers. We leverage the expertise of our staff, as well as the excellent facilities of the ISU Meat Laboratory, the ISU Meat Science Physicochemical Analysis Laboratory, and other ISU research resources, in order to help find solutions to research and industry problems.
