I regularly teach an undergraduate course on Women and Politics (POL S/WGS 385), which meets the US Cultures and Communities requirement. This course covers women's political participation before the 19th Amendment guaranteed women's voting rights; gendered patterns in contemporary political behavior; and public policies that have women and/or LGBTQ persons as target audiences or disproportionate impact on them.
In the past, I have also taught courses on Media and Politics, US Congress, the National Executive, Health Policy, and Public Policy.
