My research is in the area of mathematical modeling, numerical analysis and scientific computing, with applications arising from quantum mechanics, nano optics, geophysics, materials science, etc. My current research interests include:
(1) (Fractional) Quantum Mechanics: semiclassical methods and high-order methods.
(2) Computational Wave Propagation: asymptotic methods and high-order methods.
(3) Nano Optics: classical electromagnetics + quantum mechanics.
(4) Computational Materials Science.
