Dara M Wald

Dara M. Wald is an assistant professor of environmental communication in the Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication at Iowa State University. Dr. Wald is the co-organizer of the Science Communication Project at ISU. She is also affiliated with the Ecology of Bird Loss Project and the C-CHANGE Consortium at ISU. She received her bachelor’s in biology at Brandeis University, her M.S. and Ph.D. in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation with certificates in Environmental Education & Communication and Tropical Conservation & Development from the University of Florida.
