Dr. Mridul Datta is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian dedicated to preparing future dietetic practitioners and leaders through the online Master of Professional Practice in Dietetics program. Her research explored nutrition during the cancer continuum as well as alternative and complementary health practices.
Dr. Datta has over two decades of experience in clinical nutrition, management, dietetics education, research in nutrition and cancer, as well as healthcare leadership. She has published research, presented at national conferences, and actively contributed to professional organizations. A Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Dr. Datta has been honored by the Academy and its affiliates for her outstanding contributions to the field of dietetics.
