  • AN S 214 Domestic Animal Physiology, lecture-based undergraduate course taught both fall and spring. The course serves a survey class at the sophomore level covering anatomy and physiology of the muscular, renal, skeletal, neural, mammary, cardiovascular, respiratory, immune, endocrine, reproductive, and digestive systems of domestic animals. 

 

  • AN S 373B Poultry Physiology, lecture and laboratory based undergraduate course taught summer through the MidWest Poultry Federation Center of Excellence. A two-week course designed to introduce industry relevant aspects of avian physiology with emphasis on behavior, neurology, muscle, cardiovascular, immunology, digestive, endocrinology, and reproductive systems for egg and meat producing birds. 

 

  •  AN S 480G Animal Industry Leadership Fellows: Poultry, lecture-based undergraduate course taught fall only. A 1-hour course focused on engaging students with real world poultry issues through a series of speakers from the poultry industry.
