Dave Peterson

I am the Lucken Professor of  Political Science, in the Department of Political Science at Iowa State University, and former editor of Political Behavior. My research focuses on American politics, particularly elections, public opinion, and voting behavior.  My book Ignored Racism was published by Cambridge University Press and was the co-recipient of the 2021 Best Book Award from the Race, Ethnicity, and Politics Section of the American Political Science Association.  You can find my cv here.
