I joined the Department of Statistics at Iowa State University in August, 2000 as an Assistant Professor, and was promoted to Associate Professor with Tenure in August, 2008. My teaching has been focused at the undergraduate level and I am currently working on curriculum development in probability and theoretical statistics and categorical data analysis. My research areas are in statistics education, psychometrics, and educational assessment and measurement.
