Catherine (Cat) Rudolph, MS, RDN, LDN
Position
- Graduate Research Assistant, Nutritional Sciences
I'm a registered dietitian and third-year PhD student in Nutritional Sciences (IGPNS), minoring in Political Science. My current research centers around programs, systems, and policies that support the health and well-being of aging adults, with a particular emphasis on factors related to nutrition and social determinants of health. I also evaluate the Nutrition and Aging Resource Center's programming efforts. Previously, I received a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Diet and Exercise from Iowa State, and completed a Dietetic Internship at Duke University Hospital. In my volunteer time, I enjoy serving on public policy committees related to hunger, food insecurity, and food systems initiatives.
