I am an associate professor in the Department of Statistics at Iowa State University. My current research interests include functional limit theorems for stochastic processes, tempered fractional processes and random fields, functional time series, and statistical inference for stochastic processes with semi-long range dependence and their applications. I received a Ph.D. in Statistics from Michigan State University in 2014, an MS in applied mathematics from Sharif University in 2009, and a BS in pure mathematics from the Isfahan University of Technology in 2006.
