Using Relationship-centered Assessment in a Climate of Organizational Change

Changes to student affairs naming conventions, organizational roles, and physical spaces have become common. Staff serve as essential interpersonal lynchpins in connecting students with resources and communities, yet it is unclear how students form campus relational networks as they interface with changing structures. The presenters will discuss assessment approaches to organizations and individual student experiences that rely on social network analysis. Participants will engage with presenters about methods of applying relationship-centered assessment to their own campus contexts.
