My research involves working with bovine mammary epithelial cells and 3D organoid cultures to better understand tissue structure and immune responses in cattle. I am learning and applying techniques in immunohistochemistry (IHC) to characterize cellular markers in these models.
I am also gaining experience in advanced imaging methods, including confocal and light sheet fluorescence microscopy, to study the organization and behavior of cells within organoids. I am interested in using these approaches to support veterinary diagnostics and contribute to ongoing efforts in animal health research.
