Hi, I am Curwen, member of both the Nelli Lab and Chowdhury Lab. I work as a Software Developer. Working on various lab websites includes visualizing the results of high-volume RT-qPCR testing for PRRS virus using an automated 384-well platform, as my commitment and passion towards data analysis. It is exciting and an honored to contribute to the Iowa State Veterinary Research Institute.
Meanwhile, working on Protein Analysis using RFDiffusion AI. Developed multiple React websites, such as RC Hydrolase and Pepknots database. Utilizing the 3DMol Framework to visualize and interact with the existing RCSB protein database. I learn many real-world skills and gained experience in the Iowa State Chemical & Biological Engineering Department.
Beyond the lab, I enjoy working out, traveling around, baking, and exploring the world.
