Fall 2009 Iowa PDE seminar will be held in Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa on October 10. Its mission is to bring together experts and young researchers to discuss recent research advances in the field of partial differential equations. The seminar of this fall will expose participants to some of the current trends and recently developed tools in PDEs, numerical PDEs and related applications. Everyone interested in the theme of this seminar is welcome to attend.

Program:
The conference will consist of eight lectures starting at 8:30am and ending around 5:15pm on October 10 (Saturday). The conference will take place in Room 298 Carver Hall. There is no registration fee.

- Direction to campus . The closest airport is Des Moines international airport (DSM) which is about 40 miles away from Ames.
- The downtown of city Ames is located 2 miles east of ISU campus.
