Cecilia Hinsley

I am a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Biology at ISU. I participated in Turtle Camp prior to college through the TREE program for multiple summers. At Turtle Camp, I was involved in research projects that included trapping aquatic turtles, habitat use by western hognose snakes (Heterdon nasicus), and nesting behavior of painted turtles (Chrysemys picta). Beginning in fall 2018, I have re-joined the Janzen Lab to continue working on turtles, especially research projects involving data and statistical modeling.
