REU Site: A National REU Site in Wind Energy Science, Engineering and Policy

I was the co-PI on the NSF funded REU on Wind Energy, Science, Engineering, and Policy, part of the Wind Energy Initiative at Iowa State.  This project brought 10 students to ISU each summer for three years.  They partnered with faculty at ISU and conducted research on wind energy.  Each group also was involved in a policy project.  For summer of 2017, we conducted an original survey experiment focusing on attitudes about wind energy.  The first manuscript from this project was published in Energy Research & Social Science.   We are working on a couple of other papers using these data.
