Muskan Kapoor

I am a PhD student in Dr. Tuggle's lab, working on single-cell RNAseq data. My research focuses on ingesting single-cell FAANG data into the Human Cell Atlas and using machine learning and deep learning models to deconvolute bulk-RNA seq data which accurately measures cell-type proportions and thus advances the understanding of complex biological systems.
