Mehak Kapoor

I am a BCB PhD student in Dr. Chris Tuggle’s lab, focusing on addressing the challenge of the lack of cell type-resolved data in diseased pig tissues using gene-regulatory networks. My research aims to establish and elucidate cell-type specific regulatory networks, thereby enhancing the precision of pig genome annotation.
