I am a post-doctoral research associate in the Tuggle lab. My major research interests are immunology, virology, the gut microbiome, genetics, and bioinformatics. I am part of the SCID pig project where my main goal is to create pigs with a human immune system for biomedical research. I also help out with the Pig Functional Genome Annotation Project (FAANG).
