I am an Immunobiology PhD student in Dr. Chris Tuggle’s lab. My research focuses on transcriptional changes in the peripheral immune cells of challenged pigs at the single-cell and whole-blood levels. This analysis provides a detailed insight into the immune response and generates data to deconvolute whole blood transcriptome.
