I am an undergraduate student in Dr. Tuggle's lab and am finishing my bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and LCP Spanish. I've worked on several different projects that needed an extra set of hands. I've done work with DNA using mainly PCR, chromatin using the CUT & RUN assay, and now RNA using RNeasy preps. I've also done tissue preps for nuclei extraction and tissue preservation.
