Hang Qu (Frankie)

Frankie received her BS with honor in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Biomechanics in Shanghai. She was then offered a graduate teaching assistantship by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After receiving a MS with a concentration in Biomechanics/Sports Medicine, she headed to the Iowa State for PhD study. Her research interests are effects of mental and physical fatigue on muscular function and balance control in older adults.
Her personal interests include eSports, traveling with family, weight training, reading/watching Sci-Fi and fantasy literature/movies. She is also a pianist and a student pilot in training.
